So the city of Saijo is known for it's water which they call Uichi-Nichi. It is suppose to be very pure water that comes up through springs in the ground. They have certain places along the street that people can just take their cup, jug and take as much water as they would like. Some people from our group were brave and drank from it, but the water is straight from the spring. It is not sanitized or processed in any way. Some people got more excited about it then others as you can see by Lee practically bathing in it.
