Clark's First Bike

For the last few months we have been trying to find a bike for Clark for his birthday.  The selection at the PX is poor and the bike shops are extremely expensive.  Well today Clark and I went to the PX to pick up masking tape, and we checked out the bikes while there.  I bought the bike because it's the same one we've been looking at for a couple weeks and usually when shopping at the PX if you find something you like, you should just get it because chances are it might not be there the next time.
This is the spot of his first bike crash!  He fell over into the dirt and rocks, but was totally fine.

1. Holy Crap, my little boy is growing up, but I'm happy about it.  I'm proud of him! 2. Getting him to wear the helmet and on the bike once we got home took way more then I thought and some tears!

Oh and by the way, that is my helmet!  And I had to take some of the cushions out to make it bigger!

Osan Air Show

This weekend we went to Osan for their Air Power Day = fancy words for an air show.

Clark not wanting to smile at the camera.

So there are lots of videos for this post.  Most of them are showing the black eagles flying, and some even have video of Clark's lack of interest of what is going on!  :)  Oh and I will just apologize now for my poor video taking.  Yeah, I suck, but maybe after these two years here are over I will be better at it.  It's hard using my camera because I swear it turns on before I push the record button.  So many start with a view of my feet.  For that I am sorry.  Oh and I tried to do my best taking video of the black eagles, but the camera just didn't zoom fast enough. Enjoy!

He found the only speck of dirt on the air field.

He could care less that there are jets flying over his head!

Oh and he did have ear plugs in so don't worry!

Below is what he was looking at.

And that would be a gun!

This is when being in Korea is fun!

This was part of the presentation done by the Combat Search and Rescue

Clark left the air show with a new love of planes!
