Farmland

Yesterday Clark and I went to Farmland in Anseong which is about 25 minutes from our house.

Yong calf that was very interested in Clark.

Clark wasn't too sure about the cows!

Even thought they all loved him!

This was a giant bull, one of 3 in the barn. Below are videos of 1. the crazy storm that came and left.  Clark and I took refuge in the barn with the bulls.  Wasn't too scary until I got home and saw pictures of the water spout that I realized just how dangerous the storm was especially being in a metal barn! 2. One of the funny vocalizing (mooing) sounds coming from one of the bulls. He was upset because the young calves had gotten out. 3. Loose calves!

Clark started to have lots of fun with the cows and thought it was cool that they got loose.

Ostrichs

Lots of cool fowl.

Getting ready for the tractor ride.

Restaurant on farmland.

Enjoying the tractor ride.  Sorry I didn't get all of Clark's face.  I was trying to take a picture myself of both of us on a very bumpy ride!

Kimchi pots

Funky barn like shelter.  Probably for people who are out walking and getting stuck in the rain?

Hopefully next time we visit, I will have a picture taken with the cow instead of just the empty seat!

Rabits

Clark talking to the birds

Petting the bunnies.

Saying hi to the ducks and geese and video of Clark feeding them.

Clark is as much an attraction as the animals and was a total ham!

Reindeer?

One of the bunnies that escaped.  Clark and the Korean girl were feeding it to get the little creature back in his cage.

And of course momma had to say hi to the horsies.

This young guy was a lot of fun!

He and Clark got along great.

Korea is big on hunter/jumpers.

Farmland allows you to ride for 10,000 won (8ish bucks).  This is what they do for the 10,000 won. Below is the observation deck.  I took a video of the guy telling something to the Koreans that were waiting to ride. It was fun watching these Korean guys in suite pants and ties get on horses.  :)
