Crazy Horse Memorial

Most people know Rapid City for Mt. Rushmmore.  Not that many people know about the Crazy Horse Memorial.  Crazy Horse was the leader of the Lakota people. One of the other reasons people don't know about the memorial is because it isn't finished! Since the Crazy Horse Memorial is a non-profit organization and relies merely on donations and admission fees only Crazy Horse's head has been carved in the last 50 years!  For more information check out this.   And as you can see, well you can't really see the memorial behind me because it is rather small so far!

Inside the visitor building is a museum to educate people about the Native American people. This was a small bead collection.  I was impressed with this. Well I was impressed with much of the museum.
