Happy Birthday Clark

Today we celbrated Clark's First birthday! A year ago we welcomed Clark into our lives after a very long time waiting for him to get here. We are so happy to have spent the last year enjoying his company and character and today we got to celebrate the last year. Clark got to celbrate with friends, family and neighbors. We made a cake and cupcakes for everyong and had pizza. Here are some pictures of people that celebrated with us. His birthday loot: Pictures with family and present time! Clark's First Halloween

Clint and I took Clark out trick or treating on our street. We pretty much just went to a few houses of people that we're friends with to show Clark off and to give him the trick or treating experience.'
This is me getting his Superman outfit on. Clark really hates having clothes put on him. He hates diaper changes and this is the fight I get much of the time when I am changing him. At least the outfit was easy to put on.

The first house we stopped at was great. We rung the doorbell, and waited for our neighbors to answer. They came out and made a big deal about how wonderful Clark looked. Then Lisa put a candy bar in his bucket. It made a big noise and he looked in the bucket, then back at us, like, "Oh, what was that? That's so awesome!" The whole night Clark was amazed that people kept putting stuff into his bucket.









He adventually decided that he was going to try and eat some of the candy.




By the end of our night, Clark was exhausted. It didn't help that he missed his morning nap due to church.
