Giving Moogie a Real Taste of Korea

Gwangjang Food Market

Lunch at Lotte Mart

Playing at the park.

Running like a wild child!

Giving Moodie "Food".

Took this picture 2 seconds too soon.  He grabbed the grasshopper, the grasshopper jumped and so did Clark.  It was awesome!

We went to a seafood restaurant in Pyeongtaek and this is what we ordered.  It was a fun experience.  Clint's friend gave him a pin point on a map showing him where the restaurant was, and send him a picture of this and told us to get it steamed, not fried.  If you all remember our last sea food experience here in Korea where we had a basket of live shrimp plopped into our pan and flopped around until the they were fully cooked. Plus the shrimp tasted horrible!  This dish on the other hand was very delicious.  Well when you have low expectations, it was amazing!  It wasn't sea food cooked in butter and white wine, but it was awesome for any other Korean sea food we have had here.

Cutting up the squid.

This is a scallop.

Nommmy!

Abalone shell?

Gwangjang Food Market.  The market is shaped like a star.  Down each "foot" there is a different kind of food.  You walk around, find what you want, sit on their bench and order food.

We decided to have bean sprout pancakes  and Kimbap.

And this is what I had right in front of me the entire time I ate! Eek!

A walk down by the stream that runs through the center of Seoul.

Diane in front of a fortress gate outside of Dongdaemun.

Refreshment break.

Silly Boy!

Funny police truck.

Guess there was a fire work show that night.  Too bad we were on the train and didn't know about it.  Oh and there was the whole being super tired after an entire day of walking around Seoul!
