New Moon

Last night I left the baby in capable hands of his great grandma and his daddy and had a girls night. SCARY!!! Actually I think I handled it just great and had a REALLY good time. I can actually say I loved the movie way more then the book. New Moon was my least favorite book out of the 4 in the series. Mostly because Edward abandons Bella and she's forced to bond with wimpy Jacob. In the book I felt that Jacob was just this wimpy, immature kid that was friends with Bella and interfeard with her true love for Edward. The movie showed Jacob in a different light. I'm sure it helped that the actor is pretty darn good looking and there were LOTS of scenes of him without a shirt, showing his tan, muscular body. These things help make a movie good. :) The book mentioned these aspects, but in this case, it was much better to have someone else show me what something looks like instead of just tell me!

So for those of you who haven't seen the movie, it's definately worth watching, but only after you have seen Twilight or read the books. Well, I think watching the movies in sequence will help. :)

Oh, and I'm sure that most of you want to know that I did think about Clark SEVERAL times through out the night being that this was the first time away from him. It helped knowing that he was in loving hands with plenty of milk for him in the fridge. :)
